The founder of Matilde Vicenzi, Matilde Vicenzi herself always loved creating pastries at home, and with the support from friends and family, she began her own pastry shop, which quickly became popular throughout the region. With over 115 years of experience, the Vicenzi brand still follows the philosophy of simplicity and quality by using fresh eggs and high-quality Italian wheat.
