Dashi is a basic soup stock used in Japanese cooking. This bottle of Kappo Shirodashi from Yamaki is concentrated, providing you with the basis for many, many bowls of authentic Japanese soup. Directions for the appropriate ratio of mixing water with concentrated dashi are found on the bottle. Yamaki uses select, premium dried bonito to deliver authentic flavor that’s fragrant and rich in umami flavor.
